ELIE BLEU has always maintained the quality of its production at an exceptional level, the result of true expertise. This is achieved by selecting the finest precious woods and the rarest exotic species, which only a few still work. The marquetry is handcrafted, just as jewelers do, requiring countless manipulations before becoming a truly luxury item.
The Workshop On the outskirts of Paris, the factory brings together the finest craftsmen, often from the "Boulle" school, and uses the finest materials to create excellent products. Marquetry work requires the use of various types of precious wood cut into delicate shapes, assembled and glued to create a multitude of patterns. Mother-of-pearl, straw, and gold inlays are also used as true pieces of goldsmithing.
These processes require a great deal of skill and precision. These secrets have always been well protected by highly specialized, but above all, passionate, workers.
